Objective:
Manage and optimize CB Rail’s presence on worldwide renowned transport fairs.
Solutions:
CB Rail entrusted Indiact to manage their presence on utmost important and business oriented transport fairs, such as Innotrans Berlin and Transport Logisitcs in Munich. This management includes every aspect to take in consideration on such events: design and construction of the stand, technical logistic, catering and staff management, meetings and giveaways management… In addition, Indiact was also asked to advise CB Rail on image management through dedicated events during the fair:
- On the booth: networking events, end of the day cocktails…
- Outside the fair: find a high quality place to gather up to 90 of CB Rail clients and partners for an exclusive dinner.
Example: in Berlin, Indiact chose one of the most talked about restaurant of the city, on 17th floor of an old East-Berlin tower with most beautiful view on Berlin’s skyline to organize CB Rail’s client event.
